Each Monday, members of our Fellow community meet to collaborate and discuss various coaching topics and resources. Our weekly group connects coaches from across the globe and meets at 12:00pm EST. Every other Monday the group will provide the opportunity for a fellow member to present. This could include presenting a topic, coaching model, professional work, client case, or asking the group a question for discussion etc. On the other weeks, the zoom session will be open for members to have an open conversation. The group is hosted by Emily Terrani. If you would like to present, please contact Emily.
This event is exclusively for Fellows
You are invited to join us on January 14, 2025 at 9:00am CET for the EMEA Café Roundtable, a free monthly, one hour, live virtual meeting with the intention to explore our experience and to connect with each other and ourselves. This month, we will explore: Co-creating the Themes for Our Community in 2025.
Join us as we explore the vital intersection of coaching with the principles of Race, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (REDI).
The field of coaching is at an inflection point. What got us here is not what will get us where we need to be next. In this seminar, David will draw on his 25 years as a pioneering coach educator and his report for the Institute of Coaching on The Five Maturities as a new paradigm for developing coaches.
Staying current with ethical practices is key to maintaining trust, credibility, and effectiveness as a coach. Join us bi-monthly for a peer-driven discussion facilitated by Wendy-Ann, where topics emerge organically from the group or her guidance. This space is designed for collective reflection and the exchange of knowledge, encouraging thought-provoking dialogue to deepen our understanding. Engage in meaningful conversations that harness our shared insights and experiences, fostering growth and reinforcing the integrity of your coaching practice.
Membership Benefits Discussion, Tour and Q&A
During the hour-long Zoom session, you will have the opportunity to participate in a virtual guided tour of the Institutes’ resources and website, get your membership benefits questions answered, and interact with other IOC members. We will walk you through all of the resources available to you as a member of the IOC and the different ways you can utilize your membership for learning, professional development and community. Bring your questions as we are eager to help you optimize your IOC membership experience.
This is a group for those coaching healthcare professionals. It’s a place for networking, group learning, and support. Every month we focus on a relevant topic and/or engage in skill drills. Our goal is to grow together and improve our skills so that we can best serve the healthcare community.

As coaches, you’re already familiar with the transformational power of mentoring, but how can you amplify this impact for the leaders you work with? In this session, we’ll explore the key distinctions between coaching and mentoring, highlighting how each plays a unique role in leadership development.
In our monthly Health and Wellbeing Discussion Group, we will explore the ebb and flow of body and mind. We’ll address the many forms of wellbeing — physical, emotional, spiritual, and intellectual. We will investigate how to support ourselves and our clients in directing psychosomatic and somatopsychic responses away from languishing and toward flourishing. Join us for some rich dialogue!
